The Joynson-Wreford family represents the point at which two otherwise separate family histories intersect:
- the established estate line of Seskinore (Perry → McClintock)
- and the English line of Storey, Shum, and Trainor
These two strands were brought together through the marriage of Tony Joynson-Wreford, creating the final phase of the Seskinore story.

Anthony Patrick Joynson-Wreford (1928–2015)
The line of the Trainor family continued through Olive Vivian Trainor’s son, Anthony Patrick Joynson-Wreford, known as Pat.
Born in January 1928 in Paris, he was the son of Olive and Captain Wilfred Heyman Joynson-Wreford. His early life was shaped by separation and by his mother’s years abroad.
In later life, Pat played a central role in the rediscovery of his family history and the recovery of the story of Seskinore.
Through him, the Trainor line connects directly to the Joynson-Wreford family and to the modern rediscovery of the Seskinore estate.
